We offer in-person OT and lactation services in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Virtual visits for lactation support are available anywhere.

Lactation Care
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or currently experiencing lactation challenges, our convenient in-home or virtual visits offer holistic care along your feeding journey.
Feeding your baby is a full-time job. Together, we will navigate all of your concerns—from infant weight gain, painful latch, milk supply, pumping, tongue tie & tethered oral tissues, bottles, and everything in between—so that you feel confident, supported, and empowered to nurture your baby the way you want to.

Bottle Refusal Consults
Navigating bottle feeding challenges, including bottle refusal, preparing to pump and bottle feed, or adjusting feeding routines for any number of reasons, can be a very stressful experience for parents.
With expert 1:1 support from a lactation consultant and bottle refusal specialist, we will navigate these challenges together. The right care makes all the difference—feeding your baby can be enjoyable.
These 60 minute, virtual visits will transform your confidence with bottle feeding. Each visit also includes an additional 2 weeks of virtual texting support.

Infant & Perinatal OT
Receive expert guidance for concerns like infant development, torticollis or plagiocephaly, colic. You’ll leave feeling confident in your parenting skills and your baby’s growth and development.
Heal and prevent injuries from pregnancy, birth, or the tasks of everyday parenting—because babies thrive when mom feels healthy, too.
